Who we are ...
We are The Youthwork Enterprise CIC based in Banbury,
Oxfordshire. We are a team of freelance youth workers,
most of our team have been involved in youth work for
over 20 years and have a wide variety of experience in
detached, drug and hild exploitation youth offending,
alternative education provision, creative practice, and
family work. We embed pedagogical and reflective
practice into all our work to empower young people
through informal education and experiential learning.
What we offer...
We offer youth work activities such as detached, youth club provision, group and 1:1 work.
Alternative informal education using the arts and social enterprise.
Issue based work.
Wider family support based around the needs of the young person.
Work withNEET young people .
Face to Face Youth work training around dynamic risk management, reflective and reflexive practice and experiential learning.
